so as I understand the regulatory environment around life insurance claims, there is the possibility, I think that the life insurance company, in this situation, would not deny your claim, but reduce it and charge the difference between the rate you lied to get and the rate they would have charged. With that said, boy oh boy that would be a messy potential legal lawsuit and/or publicity for the company.
